We also specialize in infrastructure renewal and renovation, having upgraded tens of millions of square feet of facilities. Our project management approach is customized to each contract and provides careful monitoring and detailed reporting according to each customer’s specifications. NASCO has the personnel and resources to oversee all aspects of your project, from pre-construction planning, through construction and commissioning. As an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Contractor, we can be the single-point of accountability for projects, particularly those that have demanding performance criteria. We specialize in performing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER), and Job Order Contracts (JOCs) across the United States for Federal, State and University clients. We use a systems-based management approach and employ the latest technologies and processes for project estimating, planning, scheduling, management and work-flow. We excel at successfully managing a multitude of widely diverse projects, simultaneously.

Since 1998, NASCO has implemented tens of millions of square feet of infrastructure improvements and upgrades coast to coast for US Federal Government installations, bases and facilities. In many, if not most, cases this infrastructure renovation has included comprehensive energy conservation and system efficiency measures such as lighting, building controls, HVAC, geothermal, building envelope improvements, central heating & cooling plants and renewable energy systems. In addition to our vast experience in infrastructure renovation and upgrades, NASCO has been the GC/CM for many new construction projects. As a rule, these projects have been designed and built to a LEED Silver standard to ensure energy efficiency and sustainability.
