In December 2023 NASCO and Joint Venture (JV) partner, ASJ were awarded this $25M, five-year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC). Services require the maintenance, repair, upgrade, and minor construction of real property facilities located at Fort Johnson. 

Task orders range in size from small to medium-scale and are estimated between $2K - $2M. The scope of work requires Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) services which includes the following trade work: 

  • Mechanical

  • Plumbing

  • Structural

  • Electrical

  • Lighting installation or repair

  • Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)

  • Instrumentation repair incidental to construction

  • Asbestos and lead based paint abatement

  • Other environmental remediation incidental to the construction

  • Anti-terrorism and force protection systems upgrades, repairs, and installation

  • Interior or exterior painting of buildings or structures incidental to construction

Fort Johnson is located in Vernon Parish in West-Central Louisiana, better known as "The Crossroads.” Today, Fort Johnson is home to the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division; the 32nd Hospital Center; 519th Military Police Battalion; the 1st Battalion, 5th Aviation Regiment; 353rd Regiment; 3rd Battalion Medical Department Activity; Dental Activity; 46th Engineer Battalion; 705th Explosive Ordnance Detachment; and the 41st Transportation Company. These units, along with the U.S. Army Garrison all carry a legacy of the men and women in uniform who have served Fort Johnson and our country over the years.
