In September 2023 NASCO was awarded a seat as a Prime Contractor on the National Park Services’ (NPS) five-year, $40M Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for the Lakewood Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO). As one (1) of the nine (9) awardees, NASCO provides construction services including renovations of historic and non-historic buildings, the construction of new buildings, and site improvements including: 

  • Trail

  • Fence

  • Grading

  • Concrete work

  • Landscaping

  • Water & Wastewater

  • Roadway (bike, roadway, signage, striping)

  • Fire & Safety

  • Building exterior

  • Building interior

  • HVAC

  • Electrical

  • Plumbing (MEP)

  • Sustainability (energy efficiency, renewables)

Task orders range from $2M - $5M and services are performed on remote parks and monuments located in Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico.
